Forte Solutions Group, LLC is looking for senior project managers, program managers, portfolio managers and project consultants to join our team and fulfill the responsibilities of Initiative Management Consultants.

We are also currently looking for business analysts, senior business analysts as well as senior facilitators to work in our Business Analysis Services and Executive Management Services practices. 

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa, have a Bachelors degree or higher and at least 2 years of business analysis experience (RUP experience a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience defining, initiating and implementing Program or Project Management Offices

• Full system development life cycle and methodology experience

• Experience in aligning strategic Business goals with IT initiatives and measuring project goals against business strategy

• Comprehension of how to apply technology to solve business problems

• Proven ability to collaborate with Business Sponsors and users on Projects from

  conceptualization through delivery

• Proven success in leading joint business and IT project teams

• Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management and IT background preferred

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
