Ms. Wolfe has over 25 years of business and IT experience. Her work efforts have focused on improving organization operations and profitability. She has achieved attention locally, nationally, and internationally for her results in utilizing business analysis and program/portfolio management to integrate business vision with tactical operational and IT execution.
Throughout her career, Ms. Wolfe has participated as a member of leadership teams formed to create and transform small, medium, and large consulting firms. She also has provided consultative support for organizational change initiatives in retail, food, financial, real estate, oil and gas, government, and pharmaceutical industries. A creative and collaborative problem solver, Ms. Wolfe combines her years of experience with an acumen of process and analysis skills to ensure the needs of the business are satisfied - starting with clear and executable business requirements.
