Positions

  Associate

Our Associates are frontline consultants that are involved with developing engagement insights and helping to drive results for our clients. They identify critical information, develop analysis, share information, and assist the Senior Associates with recommendations and assessments related to the engagement issues. With our robust mentoring program, Associates are given opportunities to work with, learn from, and grow from our seasoned professional staff while getting valuable hands-on experience with our Plan4 process. We also provide training and continuing education both internally and externally. The investment Method Frameworks makes in our Associates allows them to perform exceptionally well and show significant potential within the corporate and client environments.

The designation of Associate requires a bachelor’s degree and experience working in a business environment.

  Senior Associate

Senior Associates bring an array of experience, business knowledge and stringent analytical capability to Method Frameworks client projects. They are highly trained with a detailed knowledge of our Plan4 end-to-end process. Their key focus is to develop plans to solve our client's issues, direct analysis and then translate the information into meaningful results. Senior Associates are hands-on with the project from development through implementation, working closely with their client counterparts. A Senior Associate will instruct, guide and mentor our Associates to ensure project success. At Method Frameworks we continually encourage our Senior Associates to refine and further develop their business management skills.

The designation of Senior Associate is for individuals with a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years in a business environment.

  Client Lead

Client Leads perform the leadership role of the engagement team. They manage the entire Plan4 process, maximizing the impact of our work while leading the client through the process. They are a skilled facilitator and client solutions expert, and are responsible for internal and client-facing mentoring. Client Leads work with very complex client issues and their client relationships have a tendency to be at a senior level. They have a wide variety of responsibilities, transitioning from a successful individual contributor to a leader who coordinates the activities of others. Client Leads are Delivery Directors in training, and as such, play a significant role within the Method Frameworks staff - much is expected and demanded of these individuals.

The designation of Client Lead requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years experience in a business environment.

  Delivery Director

Delivery Directors play a vital role in the Method Frameworks corporate environment by assisting with and creating client engagement solutions from pre-sales, to contract support, to team allocation. They work collaboratively with multiple teams and clients and are the senior liaison for client relationships. They take ownership for advising on, and solving, our clients’ most pressing issues. By maintaining long-term client relationships they are instrumental in the future success of the company. Method Frameworks Delivery Directors mentor and grow internal staff, provide staff and client evaluations, coordinate training, and ensure staff adherence to our engagement and conduct standards.

The designation of Delivery Director requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years experience in a business environment.

  Partner

Partners at Method Frameworks are promoted based on a successful track record within the organization. They are trustworthy and have exceptional judgment. As a Method Frameworks partner, the responsibilities are extensive: Developing long-lasting client relationships, contributing to company growth (internally and externally), working with management in existing and potential clients, defining and achieving results, and leading and contributing to internal processes. Method Frameworks partners are proven experts in at least one capability within our organization and must be published authors. Partners are sought-after conference speakers that clearly articulate and highlight Method Frameworks experiences, value and expertise for our clients and our industry.

The designation of Partner requires an advanced degree and at least 15 years experience in a business environment.
